Sabrina's biggest mental health suggestion? Remind yourself about the light at the end of the tunnel during dark times. "Sometimes I think to myself, 'Wow I made it through yesterday.' I really do think the last couple of years of my life have been kinda like that continuously. I've been really shocked at my resilience and my perseverance," she told StyleCaster, adding "as things get harder and more confusing and trivializing, it's a really beautiful moment with yourself to know that you are capable of pushing through really tough times and always being able to find the light moments even in those really dark times. That's something I've been trying to do more of recently." She continued, "Every time I've been in a situation that's been very low, there's always been an after," she said. "I do try to remind myself of that. It is hard, though."

Sabrina is very open about her mental health struggles, which include anxiety. "I get the most anxiety is when I'm zoomed in and I'm so focused on so many little different things, and the second I go 'wait, pause,' it's a lot easier to realize that some things are not so great, but some things are better," she told StyleCaster. Her way of dealing? Don't listen to the chatter. "Life is too short to allow outside forces inside and to allow them to affect your life and your journey. The more that you listen to other people's opinions, you really make your choices based off of them, you're going to be living with those choices in the future, not them. If it's not the things that you want, and the choices that you want to make, you're going to get yourself in a bit of trouble."

Sabrina knows when to take a break from social media. "I think everyone gets to that point where it's like, 'You know what? I'm gonna touch grass and go for a walk.' So I got to that point. Now it feels a bit more vague and atmospheric," she told Flaunt. "We don't realize how much we depend on it, and how much we consume it. We're consuming things we don't want to see, but it pops up in front of us, and it's there, and we're stuck with our feelings. But I think the best thing for me, sometimes, is to just not look at it."

While Sabrina never shares videos or photos of herself working out and doesn't discuss exercise in interviews, one way she obviously burns calories is via dancing. Whether she is rehearsing for her latest music video or on the Broadway stage of Mean Girls, moving her body tp music helps her stay in shape.

Sabrina told Vogue in a video that "drinking ice cold water with lemon every morning" is her go-to morning ritual. It "has been a very very big staple in my life to make me feel like I'm awake, I'm alert, to wake up my skin, kind of get the blood pumping and flowing," she said.

"Another thing that I also love to use just in general, I'm a big fan of essential oils," Sabrina told Vogue. I've always kinda been taking them with me on the road. This one is peppermint, so it's super strong but I put it on the back of my neck. She also puts it on her temples and her wrists. "Inhale very deeply and it's very strong but it makes me feel great."
