For starters, it didn’t bode well for Brando and Sasha’s future that she needed drugs to enjoy a weekend getaway.
Those drugs got Sasha hyped enough to propose to Brando and push hard for their elopement in Niagara Falls.
That just wasn’t the kind of dreamy start to a marriage that suggests a couple’s meant to last.
Sasha was obsessed with tying the knot that night and made it all about honoring Liam Corbin’s memory, not about her love for Brando.
Of course, Sasha has grown closer to Brando since then, but she’s also fallen deeper into her addiction.
The fallout of Sasha hitting Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) with her car will lead to her relationship with Brando heading down a wild road.
If Sasha didn’t hit rock bottom by running over Harmony, what could her rock bottom be?
Could Sasha cheat on Brando while on drugs? That’s one option to consider, especially now that Dex is in the mix.
Dex seems like a plant meant to score intel within Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) organization.
It just feels like Brando is the good guy and Dex is being set up as his baddie counterpart.
Brando and Dex basically feel like the same character on the surface, so Dex’s ulterior motives are probably going to be what separates him.
Since GH writers are potentially creating a rivalry here, that could lead to a love triangle situation.
Naturally, Dex will want to be careful if he’s meant to score a job within Sonny’s organization and report back to the enemy. He doesn’t want to do anything to rock the boat.
However, Dex could easily face a dilemma like the one Brando faced with Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos).
Brando simply slept with a pretty girl who flirted with him. It wasn’t until later that Brando realized Molly had a boyfriend and all the TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) drama came out.
If Sasha lands in bed with Dex on drugs, he may have no idea he’s sleeping with Brando’s wife.
It could be a simple case of misunderstandings and self-sabotage on Sasha’s part.
Then again, GH writers might wait until Dex’s secret blows up and Sasha’s marriage blows up, too.
Even if it happens after all their plans go up in smoke, Sasha and Dex could be drawn to each other in comfort.
Regardless, there are already signs that Dex and Brando are going to become bitter enemies.
It makes sense that Sasha will add to that feud by becoming Dex’s love interest at some point.
